The 9th Annual Viola's Day Fest!

We'll celebrate our very own Viola's Day again on the 3rd of June at Semifinal, Helsinki. As usual, there will be three Viola sets during the evening.

This year the theme of our traditional cover set is "Suomipop" which means we'll be performing Finnish pop songs (all sung in Finnish!) from various decades, carefully chosen, rearranged and lovingly Violated, naturally.

The second set is a little nostalgia trip back to distant 2004 as we play a bunch of nowadays seldom played songs from our first album Tearcandy, the special treat being the one and only Esa on bass guitar!

The evening concludes with a more regular Viola circa 2008 set.

Doors open at 7 pm and the sets start at 8, 9 and 10 pm.

Dj Pearly will play records between the sets (with our regular VIola's day dj Makelove hopefully joining in if he can find the time).

Tickets cost 6 euros (but you can save a euro if you buy an advance ticket at Tiketti).
